Juniors coming though the programme are educated on how to coach. Getting on court and off court training from Paul and his team is part of the process to becoming a coach.

Time helping with the junior programme, those selected get a chance to learn how to organise groups with lesson plans and lesson structure.

Gaining a qualification through the LTA (Lawn Tennis Association or RPT (Registered Professional Tennis) Also plays a big part of a coaches experience.

This can be valuable to each individual and looks great on their CV!
